We want every opportunity to say what it is: paid employment, paid project work, an educational internship, volunteer service or a collaborative partnership. These categories will not be blurred.
Future internship areas
Program research, artist relations, music and cultural documentation, production coordination, digital content, live-event operations, music-video development, community outreach, communications and nonprofit administration.
Future creative and production roles
Musicians, composers, producers, engineers, directors, cinematographers, editors, photographers, designers, stage managers and educators may be invited for specific projects. Any compensation, ownership, credits, schedule and deliverables will be documented before work begins.
Volunteer service
Volunteer roles will support HBACF’s charitable programs and will be clearly identified as unpaid. Volunteers will not be used to disguise regular employment, and youth volunteers will require age-appropriate safeguards and consent.
Project recruitment
Defined roles for a concert, recording, film, workshop or public program.
Volunteer service
